What is Workout Brands?
Workout Brands was founded in 2023 and draws inspiration from the Nordic lifestyle. We are a streetwear brand at heart, with garments that work just as well at the gym as in everyday life.
Where are you based?
We are a Swedish company that runs the whole business from Sweden, with our own warehouse in Stockholm.
Where is your warehouse?
Our warehouse is in Stockholm. Orders are packed and shipped from here, and returns are sent here too.
What sizes do you have?
Most of our garments come in sizes XS–5XL and in several fits. Each product page has a fit guide to help you choose the right size.
Delivery
How quickly will I get my order?
Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you live. You receive an email as soon as the parcel has been shipped.
Which shipping carrier do you use?
We send all orders with DHL, regardless of order size.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. The confirmation email contains your tracking number, which you can use to follow the parcel on DHL's website.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are always shown at checkout before you pay. If your order exceeds a certain amount, shipping is completely free. You can see the threshold at the top of the page.
How is my parcel delivered?
Our parcels are shipped with DHL and delivered to the nearest pickup point, where you can collect your parcel.
Returns and exchanges
Can I cancel my purchase?
Yes, you always have 30 days to return from the day you receive your order. If the order has not yet been handled by the warehouse, you can contact customer service and we can cancel it.
How do I make a return or exchange?
Contact customer service at info@workoutbrands.com and you will get instructions and a return slip. Then pack the items carefully and send them to our warehouse in Stockholm.
What happens if an item is faulty?
Get in touch with customer service and we will help you. Once the claim has been received and approved at our warehouse, we will send you a new product.
