EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Workout Brands, you always have 30 days of open purchase. When purchasing goods, a 30-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with the Distance and Home Sales Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us of this within 30 days of receiving the ordered item. Please return it according to the return policy below.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with broken sealing or if you break the packaging of an item.

When contacting support, you may be asked to open the packaging and in such a case the right of withdrawal applies even if the packaging has been opened.

Please note that you, as a customer, are responsible for checking that the order is complete within the 30-day right of withdrawal period, so that we can guarantee you the help you need.

We do not offer a right of return on long-distance orders.

RETURN POLICY AND COMPLAINTS TO OUR WAREHOUSE IN SKÅNE

When a return is to be carried out, we ask you as a customer to contact our customer service (info@workoutbrands.com) for instructions.
All products that may be returned must be sent to our warehouse located in Skurup. On such an occasion, return to warehouse in Skurup, you as a customer are responsible for the cost of shipping to our warehouse.


The return slip is not included in your order and is issued in contact with customer service.

When returning to our warehouse in Skurup, a return slip must be filled in and affixed to the return package. If the box you received your goods in is too large, you can pack the goods in your own packaging. Please note that it is you as the customer who is responsible for the goods returning to us whole and undamaged. We therefore recommend that you send the goods well packaged.

Workout Brands reserves the right to refuse product returns if it is found that the product is not in substantially unaltered condition.

When the complained product is returned and received at the warehouse in Skurup and has been established as a valid complaint, a new product is sent out. New product is sent out within 30 days from when we receive and approve your complaint.

The customer is responsible for return shipping in the event of a complaint and we reserve the right to refuse an invalid complaint.

In the case of complaints, Workout Brand follows the guidelines of the Swedish Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden (see www.arn.se ).

Promotional prices are only applicable during valid promotional periods on the website. This means that you cannot expect the same price for your order before or after the promotion.

REFUND

In case of return, no shipping and invoice fees will be refunded. Refunds are made within 14 days from when we receive your return of faultless product in unbroken packaging, in original packaging or equivalent packaging. The refund takes place through the payment method you chose to pay for your order with.

If you chose to pay by invoice and have already paid your invoice, contact our customer service and we will help you with the refund to your bank account.
