When a return is to be made, we ask you as a customer to contact our customer service (info@workoutbrands.com) for instructions. All products that may be returned must be sent to our warehouse located in Stockholm. In such an event, return to the warehouse in Stockholm, you as a customer are responsible for the cost of shipping to our warehouse.

A return form is not included in your order and will be issued in contact with customer service. When returning to our warehouse in Stockholm, a return form must be filled out and attached to the return package. If the box you received your goods in is too large, you can pack the goods in your own packaging. Please note that you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to us intact and undamaged. We therefore recommend that you send the goods well packaged.

Workout Brands reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if it turns out that the goods are not in essentially unchanged condition. When returning, a return fee of 149 SEK will be deducted from the refund. A fee of USD 14,9 will be charged for packages not collected. A warehouse handling fee of USD 10 will be added to all returns.

If you have received the wrong product from us, please contact our customer service at info@workoutbrands.com and send a picture of the product you have received and we will take it up with the warehouse.

We do not handle direct exchanges, but you can make a return and then place a new order. Please note that return costs will apply.
